With this in mind, the team at MLR approached the project with an eclectic design strategy: utilizing color, texture and various metal finishes, the team went BOLD with the property in order for it to stand apart and appeal to buyers from urban areas looking for more space in their home. The curated furnishings selected for this property are from some of the leading design houses around New York with commissioned artworks from designer Busser Howell.
